Where can I spend my Ticketmaster Gift Cards?

Ticketmaster Gift Cards & e-Gift cards are supplied in £ Sterling. They can be used as full or part payment for the purchase of all tickets and many of the associated services sold via Ticketmaster. However, the Gift Card cannot be redeemed for tickets to events outside the United Kingdom.

What discount do you offer on business orders for Gift Cards & e-Gift cards?

Discounts are applied to business orders according to the discount table below. Gift Card orders below £100 will incur a delivery fee of £5.50. e-Gift card orders offer free of charge delivery on all values.

This site can take Gift Card & e-Gift card orders up to a maximum value of £10,000. If you would like to order more than £10,000, please call 0844 453 9122.

What happens if my Gift Card or e-Gift card is lost or stolen?

You should treat the e-money on your Gift Card like cash in a wallet. If you lose your Card or it is stolen you may lose any e-money on it in just the same way as if you lost your wallet.

In the event of loss, theft, fraud or any other risk of an unauthorised use of your Card, or if your Card is damaged or malfunctions, you must contact Ticketmaster Customer Services by calling 08444 999 999 or by writing to Ticketmaster Customer Services at PO Box 798, Manchester, M60 1WY, or by e-mailing via the website at www.ticketmaster.co.uk/help. You will be asked to provide us with your Card Number and some identifying details. You will be liable for any unauthorised Transactions that take place prior to you notifying us and these will reduce your Available Balance. If our records show that there is an Available Balance remaining on your Card, we will cancel the Card to limit any further losses.
If you subsequently find or retrieve a Card that you have reported lost or stolen, you must notify us immediately.

Will my Gift Cards be secure in the post?

Yes, we use a secure delivery service for all business orders. This prevents loss and theft during delivery and means items can be tracked as they go.

Can I use my Gift Card or e-Gift card more than once?

Yes, you can use your Gift Card as many times as you want. If you do not spend the full balance on your gift card in one go, the remaining balance will stay on your card and can be redeemed at a later date.

Yes, you can choose to pay by credit or debit card online or pay by bank transfer.

How much can I load onto a Gift Card or e-Gift card?

You can place Gift Card or e-Gift card orders up to £10,000 in total. Individual Gift Cards and e-Gift cards can be loaded with up to £250 per individual card.

Can I get a refund if the Gift Card is no longer wanted?

Sorry, we cannot offer refunds on Gift Cards.

How long are Ticketmaster for Business Gift Cards valid for?

Ticketmaster Gift cards and e-Gift cards expire one year after activation date. You will not be able to use your Gift Card once it has expired.
