Where can I spend my Ticketmaster Gift Cards?

Ticketmaster Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment for the purchase of all tickets and many of the associated services and merchandise sold online at Ticketmaster.

Can my Ticketmaster Gift Card be used in other countries?

Ticketmaster Gift Cards can only be used in the country that they are purchased from. For example, UK Gift Cards can only be used at www.ticketmaster.co.uk

What discount do you offer on business orders for Gift Cards & e-Gift Cards?

We offer free delivery on all Business Gift Card orders placed on this website, and a 2% discount on orders totalling between £1,000 & £10,000. Please note that the minimum order value on this website is £1,000.

This site can process Gift Card & e-Gift Card orders up to the maximum value of £10,000. If you would like to order more than £10,000, please call 0844 453 9122.

What happens if my Gift Card or e-Gift card is lost or stolen?

A Ticketmaster Gift Card is not replaceable if lost or stolen, so it is very important that you keep them safe until you're ready to make a booking.

In the event of loss, theft, fraud or any other risk of an unauthorised use of your Card, you must contact Ticketmaster Customer Services.You will be asked to provide us with your Gift Card Number and some identifying details. You will be liable for any unauthorised Transactions that take place prior to you notifying us and these will reduce your Available Balance. If our records show that there is an Available Balance remaining on your Card, we will cancel the Card to limit any further losses.

Will my Gift Cards be secure in the post?

Yes, we use a secure delivery service for all business orders. This prevents loss and theft during delivery and means items can be tracked as they go.

Can I use my Gift Card or e-Gift card more than once?

Yes, you can use your Gift Card as many times as you want. If you do not spend the full balance on your gift card in one go, the remaining balance will stay on your card and can be redeemed at a later date.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by credit or debit card online or pay by bank transfer.

How much can I load onto a Gift Card or e-Gift card?

Individual Gift Cards and e-Gift cards can be loaded with up to £250, and you can place orders worth up to £10,000 on this site.

Can I get a refund if the Gift Card is no longer wanted?

Sorry, we cannot offer refunds on Gift Cards or eGift Cards.

How do I know how much money is left on the card?

On our Gft Cards, you can scan the QR code on the back of your Gift Card for an instant balance check.

For Gift Cards and eGift Cards, you can also check your balance by entering the Gift Card number on our balance check page.

How long are Ticketmaster for Business Gift Cards valid for?

Ticketmaster Gift cards and e-Gift cards expire 12 months after purchase. The expiry date is set when the Gift Card is purchased. It is not possible to extend the expiry date of your Gift Card. Please remember to check your Gift Card's expiry date and to use it before it expires.
